James Nunn

Vice President of Operations

James brings a solid background in organizational management and strategy to Compass, and in his current role oversees all operational elements of the company. While not an “insurance geek”, James understands the importance of client engagement as partners in all that we do. Previously, James worked in non-profit management and leadership, with a focus on brand management, marketing, analysis, workflow processes, and strategic growth.

James has demonstrated work experience with technology solutions and is a strong proponent of smart work processes that utilize technology solutions to meet our operational needs in an effective and efficient manner.

James earned his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of North Texas.

Staying Grounded

James is married and lives in Frisco, TX where he enjoys time with his husband, two dogs, and the occasional exchange student. In his spare time, James likes to travel, spend time with his pets, waste time watching too many YouTube channels (self-development, right), and listen to audible books.
