I believe it is vital for every business to engage in the risk management process. All too often, the appreciation comes after the catastrophe or negative event occurs. I know I’ve succeeded when I can help clients appreciate the importance of getting it right — down to the arcane details of insurance contracts.

I started my career as a claims adjuster, then commercial insurance sales and brokering. Risk management consulting was a natural next step and has given me the opportunity to use my specialized insurance experience in contractual risk management, digital risk issues and cyber insurance to help organizations understand and better manage their total cost of risk.
