Jodi is a seasoned claims adjuster with extensive experience handling a broad range of liability and subrogation claims. At CORE Risk Services, she supports the team by providing valuable insight and expertise across all aspects of claims handling and management. She works closely with multiple clients on claim evaluation, handling, and settlement, while also offering risk management guidance when appropriate.

Jodi is a licensed claims adjuster in Indiana, Kentucky, and Michigan, and has been handling claims in Ohio for more than 12 years. She is committed to managing claims efficiently and effectively, ensuring that both clients and claimants are treated with professionalism, respect, and compassion. Her experience across multiple industries provides a broad perspective, allowing her to handle claims thoughtfully while maintaining consistency with clients’ risk management practices.

Jodi earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Business Administration from Northern Kentucky University. Her professional background has given her a strong understanding of the critical relationship between risk management and claims adjusting, enabling her to guide clients through the claims process with a high level of care and expertise.
